Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, you have to take evidence using a cell phone camera or other camera and record a video of an issue, including your description of the issue.

REFUNDS

To start a return process, contact us at graberostore@grabero.com and put Refund as subject. Wait for our personnel to reply to your email and give you further instructions. Reply may take up to 48 hours.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get a new device is to initiate exchange process. We will need:

  1.  Video evidence of an issue

  2.  The email address that you used to order the product, order number and if applicable your telephone number.

If you decide to proceed with exchange option, you will get a new device to your shipping address. However, we will still need a video evidence and a description of the issue. After our technicians review the evidence and it is found to be damaged, we will initiate the exchange process. You won't need to pay for shipping costs and you won't need to send the device to us.

If we find that the device seems to be functional or there are visible changes that do not belong to "Damaged" category according to manufacturer description, then Grabero Beauty holds right not to proceed with Exchange described above.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

REJECTION REASONS

Reasons of non-acceptable returns / refund or exchanges

1. You did not provide video evidence of the issue

2. You did not contact us within 15 days of receiving the product

3. You sent the item to us without notifying us first at graberstore@grabero.com

4. We found that there are no damages present according to manufacturers policy. Please read more about manufacturers policy on our Device Manual page under Warranty Notice section.

5. We found that the product is an imitation of Grabero Beauty original product, M8807.
